Return & Refund Policy
How To Return
To start a return, visit our contact page at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and send us a message. Once your return is approved we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first as we will be unable to accept it.
There is no restocking fee.
Condition For Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Wrong Or Damaged Item
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact with photos and we will send a prepaid return label immediately. Once your return is tracking we will ship a replacement straight away.
Exchanges
We exchange products if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and we will process a free exchange for the same item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not seen your refund after 10 days, check your bank account first, then contact your card provider, then your bank. If you have done all of that and still have not received it, contact us at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and we will sort it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, custom or personalised orders, and downloadable digital products. Please note that change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.
Cancel An Order
We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and we will do everything we can. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
