Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, all orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days regardless of destination. Please note that remote areas or peak periods may add a small number of additional days.

Free shipping on every order to all destinations listed above. No minimum spend required.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full tracking information sent to your email within 48 hours of dispatch. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Customs & Duties
Most packages clear customs without additional fees. Where import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges apply, these are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your parcel held at a local post office, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and we will replace or refund your order at no charge.
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for reshipment or refund. Please double check your address before placing your order.
Order Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact and we will issue a full refund or free reshipment immediately.
Order Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order, contact us immediately at harmonyroots.store/pages/contact. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once dispatch has begun.
